Product Availability Zion Seeds sells premium garden seeds — including flower, vegetable, fruit, wildflower, and herb seeds — and related products to customers in India and the USA only. We do not ship elsewhere. Availability, pricing, specifications, and descriptions may change without notice, and may differ between the two regions due to local sourcing, customs rules, or agricultural import restrictions.

Order Acceptance Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order, regardless of whether it originates from India or the USA, due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions on agricultural goods, or any other legitimate reason. We do not accept orders placed from, or requesting shipment to, any country other than India or the USA.

These Terms are the complete agreement between you and Zion Seeds regarding use of the Website, applicable to customers in India and the USA — the only two countries we currently serve — and supersede any prior communications or understandings on the subject.
